Research consistently shows that maintaining muscle mass is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health, function, and longevity.
And while most workouts can make you sweat, not all workouts are designed to build muscle effectively.
Sustainable, successful hypertrophy (muscle growth) requires the right exercises, the right volume, and the right intensity—something that can be hard to achieve in a standard fitness class.
BUILD Lift Club was created to bridge that gap. Created with doctorate-level exercise expertise, BUILD combines evidence-based, time-tested, hypertrophy-focused programming with genuine passion for coaching, motivating, and connecting. Every workout is intentionally designed to help you get stronger—not just feel tired.
And as a women-founded, women-focused studio, we can assure you: you’ll feel powerful, supported, and look damn good doing it 😎🍑🔥
We’re building the strongest bodies we can—so we can live the longest, healthiest, happiest lives possible.
